WHAT IS THE SHORTEST BLOCK OF TIME FOR WHICH I CAN RESERVE ONE OF YOUR CONFERENCE ROOMS?  
One hour.


WHAT IS THE LONGEST BLOCK OF TIME THAT I CAN RESERVE?  
There is no limit on booking a room for an all-day meeting.  We ask that evening meetings conclude by 9:00 P.M. so that we can prepare our conference rooms for meetings scheduled for the following day.  


HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO YOU RECOMMEND I RESERVE A CONFERENCE ROOM?  
The sooner you make your reservation, the better chance you will have of getting the conference room that best suits your needs.  


WHAT HAPPENS IF I RESERVE A CONFERENCE ROOM FOR AN HOUR AND MY MEETING RUNS LATE?  
We will make every attempt to accommodate you.  Our priority is to make our services as user-friendly as we can.  


WHAT IS THE EARLIEST TIME OF THE DAY I CAN RESERVE A ROOM?  
7:00 A.M.  


WHAT IS THE HOURLY RATE YOU CHARGE FOR THE CONFERENCE ROOMS?  
Our hourly rate is flexible depending on what additional services are requested and whether a client reserves a conference room for an hour or two, or whether a conference room is reserved for the entire day.  We offer a discount to repeat clients.


DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?  
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit or debit cards.  We also accept personal or business checks.  Any checks returned to us by our bank as unpaid will incur a $35.00 returned check fee.
